Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial of our Developer Plan. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel my DAGnamic subscription?
You can cancel your DAGnamic subscription at any time, however please note that any used DUs (DAGnamic Units) are due. You can do this from your account settings.
Where can I find my invoices?
You can find your invoices in your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Invoicing is available on request for Enterprise plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my DAGnamic plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can do this from your account settings.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits and students?
Yes, we offer a 50% discount for non-profits and students. Please contact us to learn more.
